Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was perfect for my needs and in the heart of the cultural district, although shared with flies and bees. The rooms were disappointing due to old and dirty conditions, broken chair door to the balcony, and the absence of fitted sheets making for an uncomfortable night. The service, despite being accessible, was inconsiderate to guests with careless behavior. Although the dining options were just okay, the ability to walk to better places nearby was a highlight. The facilities were standard, with nothing exceptional to note.
The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything in old Ponce, facing the water fountain in the plaza. The rooms were clean but needed some updating, with a few things uneven in the carpet and bathroom. The service was friendly and pleasant, making up for any room decor oversight. The dining was delicious and surprisingly less expensive than a fast-food restaurant. However, the hotel could use some updates and improvements.
The hotel's location was excellent, right in the center of everything for great photo opportunities, but it was the only downside for me. The rooms were older but surprisingly clean, though quite small and uncomfortable due to noisy evening entertainment. The service was a mixed bag, with rude check-in encounters but efficient assistance for car keys. Dining options were gracious but dinner was lacking. However, the hotel's modern look gave it a nice touch.
